Research interests

  • Nucleic acid isolation technique (DNA isolation, RNA isolation and purification from any tissue (blood, bacteria, and plant), Electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE, Nucleic acid Agarose) and PCR technology; (RT-PCR and QPCR technique, etc.)

  • Tissue culture from different plant sources.

  • Cloning technique (Plasmid isolation and construction using restriction enzyme digestion, ligation, etc.), (Bacterial transformation using chemical methods) and agroinfiltration technique.

Organizational / managerial skills
